That sounds a pretty much right on for a marathon runner that could technically still be growing. As a nearly sedentary pregnant woman I need around 80. 'Nearly sedentary' is an exaggeration; I walk EVERYWHERE. I'm just feeling guilty cause I've been wanting to start running for years now ;)
It is normally around 1g per kilo of body weight (not pound).

1 gram / 1 lb body weight is for strenuous exercisers.
Otherwise, 1/2 gram.
FYI, a 4 hr daily weight training workout is prob a teardown program, rather than build up.
Muscles dont grow during those workouts, they are torn down slightly.
They grow during rest w/ adequate, hopefully optimized, nutrition.
You should have at least one day rest btwn workouts, if you'r exercising the same muscle groups.
If you'r exercising upper bod on Mon, and lower on Tues, that's diff.
Inadequate rest has many risks.

one gram of protein per one pound of your body weight. If u do workout daily then u need 1.2 gram of protein per one pound of your body weight.
myself
actually its more you need, one gram of protein per one pound of your buddy. So you need 123 grams of protein a day.
