Question: How do i stop being grossed out from eating meat?
recently i have been grossed out or hesitant from eating meat. Its not that i care about the animal dieng . Its not that, i just feel like its the same as eating human flesh and the thought of that makes me want to throw up. How disguisting is it to eat something that used to be alive. the food taste good to me too, but its just so gross. I dont know what to do to stop thinking about it

either be vegetarian or get over it, just dont delude yourself about what meat is, and that you are meat also.



Just don't eat it. Be vegan or vegetarian. Just make sure you follow a proper diet regimen so you get the proper vitamins and minerals and proteins. Meats contain many of these essential nutrients, so you have to make sure to supplement for the nutrients you will be losing by not eating meat.



You need professional help!!! period!!!.

plants are living organisms...you know... soooooo
any kind of juice, raw fruit, salads, nuts, spices, Soy products.. and the list keeps going on and on and on...

this is what makes me so upset, people like you,

just say it again and look at yourself in the mirror. yea just what I thought.!

stop thinking about it and have a nice vegan dinner like tacos with black beans/spanish rice/guac/ pico de gallo

try eating fish or pasta for a while the same thing happened to me
