Pescetarian-If i start to eat chicken, will it help me lose more weight or benefit me in any way?!

Question: Pescetarian-If i start to eat chicken, will it help me lose more weight or benefit me in any way?
Ive been a pescetarian ( basically vegetarian but I eat fish) for about 5 years.
I just have these really bad cravings for Kfc lately, seriously, no troll.

Im wondering if there are any benefits to my health + if its true that chicken (not fried) ill help me to lose weight?

Also, will i experience any physical side effects if i start to eat chicken after so long?

I know what you mean! When I crave meat, it is typically chicken. When this happens, I go Morning Star and Quorn "chicken" products. These taste amazingly like the real thing.

Also, some other benefits to occasionally consuming meat substitutes are mentioned in this article I have written. The link is included below:

If you begin eating chicken again, you probably won't have any strong physical reactions because you have continued to eat fish. Do what feels right for you.

I hope this is helpful!

there is no such thing as basically vegetarian but eat fish.

What do you think fish is- a fruit?
It is meat. A living animal.
In case you didn't know, fishing is even more barbaric than dairy farming, the fish re broken in two, and thrown back, hae their tails cut off and thrown back into the sea if they're not the right type of fish for that catch.
Their fins and beaks ( dolphins) are broken off, they're cut in half and dumped. Fishing is absolutely disgusting to watch and the animals are left to die agonising deaths out of water, for hours and hours.

FOr your own physical health. chicken isn't going to help or hurt you.
But either way, you are not any sort of vegetarian, so don't think you are one.

Not really. The pescetarian diet is really probably the healthiest one out there. The only benefit would be that you'd satisfy a craving. Chances are, though, you'd quickly realize that you actually don't like chicken that much, especially if you start back with cheap crap like at KFC. If you're going to eat chicken, at least get a quality product.

Hi , I know how you feel. It is a challenge when we fight ourselves and attempt to lose weight. I found with so much information out there on the internet it can be very confusing. My friends and I have tried numerous diets with very limited success and this was both time-consuming and very frustrating. Until we came across The Diet Solution which gave us the motivation and a great system to follow. The success we have had has surpassed all the other programs we had tried in the past. See for yourself as I am sure it will bring you results.

Good luck

chicken (NOT FRIED) and doesn't have a lot of spices won't help you lose weight, but it's not necessarily bad for you. It has some good things for your body in it. but you've been going 5 years, reward yourself :) i'm a vegetarian and when I go out to my favorite place (which doesn't happen alot) I reward my self with my fave meal :) lol so yea why not, it won't kill u! (sorry that was long:P)

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

If you must eat chicken, try getting it from a place that's not known for its animal cruelty. Stop watching so much TV and you won't have to watch the commercials.

google kentucky fried cruelty
