Answers:

Fruits are my all time favorite....I love organic apples, grapes, bananas, papayas, cantaloupe, mango (each fruit alone by themselves)

For smoothies I like strawberry nirvana, berry fulfilling and pomegranate paradise (these are jamba juice smoothies).

For cooked food I like sandwitch with cucumber, tomato,lettuce, carrots, avocado and cilantro chutney. For cilantro chutney check the blog below for recipe

Jamaican rice, spicy pasta, salads full of different vegetables, tortilla chips with salsa & guacamole, pita chips with hummus, french fries, onion rings, spring rolls with the plum sauce, vegetable fried rice, mashed potatoes, trail mix, homemade veggie burgers, fruit salad, sandwiches with avocado & tomato, tabouleh, bean salad, falafel wraps, fried eggplant, pasta salad, potato samosas, vegetable curry, pho made with tofu and vegetables, vegetable soups, sweet & sour soup, spaghetti with lots of marinara, stir fried mushrooms with hot peppers onions & garlic, veggie lasagna made with daiya cheese, pizza made with daiya cheese, curried chickpeas, salad rolls with peanut sauce, bbq tofu, spicy lemongrass tofu, burritos with vegetables rice beans salsa & guacamole.

Now I'm hungry >=)

Baked marinaded tofu from AFc foods- the Chinese kick *** when it comes to good tofu.

Papaya with lime juice and curry sauce.



Mushroom curry, lentil sheperds pie, tofu stir fry and i love jacket potatoes.
