What specific types of food do vegans eat that are healthier?!

Question: What specific types of food do vegans eat that are healthier?
Answers:

None. There are no specific foods exclusively for vegans only
All the so called "vegans foods" are part of the omnivore diet. It is ridiculous to think or imply that because people eat meat, that's all they eat.

Veggie and fruit -beans and nuts - Red Star nutritional yeast, tofu and soy milk.

I am an ovo-lactos vegetarian so I do include Cheese, eggs, etc. but a true Vegan is more strict.

Hope this helps.
