How's my vegan eating plan?!


Question: How's my vegan eating plan?
7 inch sub, white bread, avocado, tomato, about 2 tablespoons of hummus
vegan all natural fruit lime popsicle
1 cliff builders bar
2 mini cliff builders bars
2 vegan chicken cutlets, 1 cup of green beans, 1 orange, 1 piece of vegan jerky

Exercise- 6 mile run, 25 min Mix martial arts

It sounds Vegetarian but not Vegan.



Seems reasonable, but read the back of those processed food labels. Can you pronounce all the ingredients? Can you verify all the ingredients are of natural (not lab) origin? Do you know the process in which the ingredient was derived, and all safety concerns regarding that process (for example: refined white cane sugar metabolizes differently than unprocessed, dried cane juice)?

Stay away from the processed crap, just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's healthy, or belongs in your body.
