Fibre is the key, as it will make you feel fuller. Make sure that the things you are eating are not high in simple sugars and refined grains (white bread, white pasta, white flour). Aim for a higher fibre intake. Choose wholegrain, wholemeal and mixed grain breads, pasta and cereals. Choose brown rice instead of white rice. If you're exclusively drinking fruit juice instead of eating fresh fruit, you're not getting the benefit of any fibre.

I suggest eating more frequently. Try small portions 5-6 times a day. Always try to include protein of some kind with each meal.

There is a wealth of information on vegetarian eating, cooking and supplementing. Use google!

have you been eating the right amount of food?
my suggestion is, before you eat, fill up on carb. or water. I like to eat a pack of oatmeal 15 min beore my lunch and dinner this way, i get full faster.

I don't think so. I know many vegetarians and I have never heard that. my mom is a vegetarian and she doesn't eat much at all.

edit: @friendof...

Vegetarians still can eat cheese.

You might want to try Red Star nutritional yeast sprinkled over your salads - It has a lot of the B vitamins. Nuts and beans help.
