Sperm production may be increased in rats fed HUGE doses of soy (ten times the amount consumed by people who eat lots of soy eg asians, vegans etc) as they had increased testosterone levels. However studies where they are given only the normal amount humans consume show no changes to their testicular volume, sperm quality (ie motility) or production.

soy contains a form of oestrogen and if that does have any effect on your body, it'll feminise it and so surely decrease your sperm production?
