No expense spared, you get a free gift card to the supermarket of your choice.

Mine:
Baked tofu ( the compact stuff pressed and marinated in spices, hard, chewy, dense)
thick slices simmered with a thick green pea masala an roast crunchy fava beans.

Cup of tea with soymilk.

Strawberries and raspberries with brown sugar and lemon.

Answers:

CURRY. Lentils, chickpeas, or mung beans, soaked with some vegie stock then boiled. Fry up cumin seeds ith onion, add spices (ground cumin, coriander and fenugreek) then when they are fried add minced garlic and giner. Fry for a bit, add a couple of chopped tomatoes. Stir until they form a paste, chuck this in with the beans, add some turmeric to help prevent cancer, simmer until everybody is happy.

I'll have what she's having (silly words, deaf ears).

I love many vegan foods, but don't have a vegetarian favorite meal. I have a friend who is vegan except for the fact she eats hunny and I can eat anything from her kitchen and give it at least 7 out of 10 stars. Maybe higher depending on what it is. But eating vegan at its finest to me is eating fresh picked produce, straight from the garden to the table.

Lentil shepherds pie, just replace the meat with lentils, peas and sweetcorn. I love fresh berries covered in vanilla Alpro yoghurt. And a cup of fruit or peppermint tea.

Vegetable curry, Chapati, and Dhal. Nomnomnom.

black beans and rice full of spices plus TONS of hot sauce and for dessert some dried fruit and nuts, I am salivating just from typing this.

Vegan spinach-mushroom soup.

Veggie Burger me and my friends make it all the time
