Good grief. No. Millions of people eat at a McDonalds restaurant every day. Do millions of them die from cancer? No.

The main things that make you subject to getting cancer are:

1. genetics. Has someone one closely related to you died from cancer? and
2. Smoking. About half the cancer deaths in the US are tied to smoking.

Eating a hamburger now and then at McDonalds or anywhere else is not even on the medical radar for causes of cancer.

Just standing too close to a McDonald's gives you cancer.

Just a note to contradict Daisy a bit: The American Cancer Society has estimated that the number of NEW cancer cases in US alone for the year 2010 were 1.5 million. So millions of people may not be dieing from cancer (haven't checked that number) but millions of people are certainly developing it.

LadyWhite is correct. Everything about McDonald's is cancerous. McDonald's itself is a cancer. I suggest you go to KFC instead. The Colonel brought forth his secret recipe to this world, and he saw that it was good. Allow him in your life, and you will be blessed with fried chicken.

Any fast food like McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, etc are all bad for you and if eaten continuelly can give you illnesses link cancer, excessive meat products is linked with cancer.

yes your chances of getting cancer ar much higher especially bowel cancer. You are more at risk of heart disease and countless other health problems later in life.
