Probably not a good idea. I personally would not suggest eating it.

I am a expirey date queen, I would throw it out, you wouldn't drink milk 10 days after the expiry date.
That is just me, taste a little bit of it and if it tastes okay go for it.

YES !!!!!! salad dressing does not expire as there are enough chemicals in it to preserve it forever.. eat and Enjoy......... providing the dressing is bottled, not fresh.

smell it, but it should be fine. Alot of times the expiration date is just for the markets that sell the product.

Taste a bit and if it doesn't have a rancid or off taste, it will be o.k. If rancid it will have a smell also.

Should be fine, dressings usually have some sort of vinegar in them which preserves them longer, but i'd get it used!
