Question: How do I do a 7 day fruit and veggie diet?
I need to lose some weight for spring break, I feel really flabby. I'm 5ft 4in. and weight 120. How much weight could I lose and still be healthy?

Eat fruit AND veggies for 7 days in place of meat.



I did this last week and i ate a lot of green vegetables and it kept me full and felt great.
if you have a juicer then that would be awesome, but if you don't just eat lots of kale, spinach, parsley just anything that's rich in green color. You want high alkaline lettuces or veggies to give your body oxygen and to heal ,lose weight, and feel energized.
You also need to drink lots and lots of water and workout everyday for 30-40 mins and get lots of rest.
Eat fruits that are low in sugar and consume them during the day or before you workout to give you energy.
I drank a juice in the morning, then afternoon i made another juice or a big salad with red wine vinegar or lemon or lime juice, avocado and some nuts for protein and good fats, then a orange and some grapes.
You basically can eat as much fruits and veggies you want, just don't starve yourself m'kay
