Why is necessary to cook Boca Burger products?!

Question: Why is necessary to cook Boca Burger products?
Boca Burger products are both vegetarian and vegan friendly. If you read the ingredients, they are nothing but vegetables and grains and some form of *glue* often times made up of fruits or veggies. Some contain tofu. However, there's no fruit, vegetable, or grain on the planet that requires cooking before consumption. Yet, the packages explicitly say "Not ready to eat. Cook fully before consuming". Why would you need to cook a Boca Burger product if its made of only of items that don't require cooking?

Not all veg and grains can be consumed raw. Taro, rhubarb, rice, wheat are a few that come to mind that really need to be cooked to be nutritious.

It makes sense to cook Boca burgers since it's manmade and a slurry of stuff.

For the same reasons you need to cook frozen vegetables before eating them. Not too many people enjoy eating frozen meals.

Boca doesnt contain tofu, although it might contain soy.

If you are insinuating that boca needs to be cooked because it contains a meat product then you are mistaken.

Because of the way it is handled prior to being frozen. You could probably just thaw them and be fine but the company doesn't want the liability of suggesting you do that. It's kind of the same thing with frozen burritos. If it's just a bean burrito you still need to nuke it before eating because who knows what it came into contact with while being put together.

That stuff is nasty.
