Is there a healthy (vegan) set meal plan available online?!
I'm after a weekly meal plan that never changes. I'd like to be able to know what I need to buy every week and buy the exact amount needed. It has to be healthy, super healthy even. I only want to eat what I need to survive and be as healthy as possible. It's gotta be vegan. Doesn't haven't to be raw, but can be.

Four fruits, 1 or 2 oz. of nuts, 2 large salads, veggie soup or 2 steamed veggies, and maybe a potato or brown rice is a daily vegan meal plan. Very easy to shop for, and the plan I follow. You can buy the nuts, most fruits, rice and potatoes weekly, but you will need 2 trips to have really fresh salad greens and veggies. Avocadoes also keep and are great in salads.
