What is a good multivitamin for vegetarians and vegans?!
Answers:
the ONLY thing you cant get from a plant based diet is B12, and you only need that in small quantities and many foods are fortified with it (cereal, soymilk, energy drinks, nutritional yeast)
but if you arent going to plan out a responsible diet, the next best thing is to take a vegan multivitamin :-)

you're not a vegetarian.
Fish is not a fruit. It is a meat. FIsh is meat. You eat fish.
You don't miss stuff from meat and dairy. Just eat good food- lentils and nuts for protein and calcium and iron. That's all you need.
And yes you can get b12 from a plant based diet- eat fermented food, such as miso, marmite, beer, vegemite, nori, seaweeds, fermented foods have bacteria which forms b12 in your intestine, exactly the way cows make their b12- by eating fermented foods containig bacteria.
Any body can take a multivitamins supplements..... because for sure most of the vitamins and minerals gets lost while cooking as every body know .
