Question: Mono and polyunsaturated fats (essential fatty acids)?
If I include the following in my meals every day, will I get enough of all the essential fats?

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- 6 walnut halves
- 0.5 tablespoon of sunflower/flax oil

Answers:

no, you won't get any DHA omega 3 in that. You need to include algae oil.
