watching what i eat?!
so i want to start watching what i eat,can i still have the same thing i eat but only in small portions? i was thinking, like what if i just measure my breakfast and dinner and have healthy snack in between will this wrk with weightloss?? if not what can i eat and where can i get it?. P.S I DNT LIKE SEAFOOD

I think a good question is, Do you really need to lose weight?
Exercise along with watching what you eat is a great way to tone out and remain healthy. Losing weight may not be your main priority. Just give your body what it needs.
