Have I eaten enough today?!
About 15-20g of tagliattelle pasta (cooked with water only)
A bit of salad (no dressing)
A piece of chicken breast (about 70-80g)
A segment of an orange :)
And i drank lots of water.
How many calories is all this,? Im 13 if that makes much of a difference. Thanks in advance.

No, you didnt. A small salad, pasta, and a peice of chicken is one meal.
A single segment of oarnge is nothing, not even a small snack.
You ate one meal today, all spread out.
The fact that you felt you needed to add that you only cooked the pasta in water, and also the fact that you ate a single oarnge segment, leads me to think that you have an eating disorder.
Being skinny isnt everything. There are people out there twice your size enjoying life to the fullest while your sitting in your house obsessing over food and calorie counting.
I believe that the above answers are correct... I would check out some eating disorder websites, and support groups... If possible, you could get a nutritionist or an ED counselor. The share about "enjoying life", I was there, not enjoying life, especially difficult to do if you don't have enough to eat. Also, looking at the plainness of it all, it's depriving yourself... I say, find a dressing that you like or some olive oil to stick in that pasta. Eating fat, doesn't make you fat, our bodies need fat, just to send information across brain cells, stress eating can make you fat... Always good to get a nutritionist, they'll advise you how much you should eat for your height.
The previous answers are correct. If you're trying to lose weight, just eat healthy, get your daily need of calories, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and even fat. If you keep eating healthy while taking in your daily need, you'll soon grow out of the weight you're trying to lose.
Wow! A segment of an orange. *sigh*. You ate enough for one meal. The fact that you asked this in the veg section confounds me though. If you want to know the amount of calories, count them as the day progresses. It's not something we like to sit around doing for other people.
This is not enough, you need more carbs and protein. Add some bread and cereal to your diet and snack on dried fruit and nuts during the day. You need to be eating more calories.
I agree with Abigail - that's not NEARLY enough for someone your age... I would even say try to eat a bit more than 1800-2000 a day for a while... You're only 13 and your body NEEDS fuel as it's growing like crazy!
No, not nearly enough. That's about 500-600 calories. You should aim for 1800-2000 just to maintain your weight.
