New Vegan..Please tell me if this is a right food choice?!
Breakfast
Ezekiel toast with earth balance better then butter , a few blackberries,a few strawberries and Almond Milk...
Then for lunch I had a banana, apple, and Organic Tropical Fruit Sauce....and of course just water..
For Dinner I had Ezekiel toast, eggplant vegan burger, with onion and salad...and heinz ketchup... then after that I had Lays classic chips ....im stil scared if maybe the heinz ketchup is not vegan...just making sure ...

Only complete protein you're getting is from your ezekiel toast. Which isn't enough by any means.. add some rice and beans into your meals. Heinz ketchup has high fructose corn syrup and other garbage in it. Lays is pretty bad too. Get more rice/legume combo's in there maybe some tofu or something. Eat some nuts as well so you get some good fatty acids in you.
I agree with the person above me. For starters, you need more protein, which you can get from things like beans, tofu, tempeh, and lentils. Also more healthy (unsaturated) fat from things like nuts, seeds, and avocados. It's best to try to plan a meal to include a protein, a whole grain, and a fruit or vegetable.
