Answers:

The word is "pescepollotarian," but as you pointed out, it's just a lot easier to say, "I don't eat red meat."

Anyway, since you have been eating meat the entire time, it is unlikely that adding a different kind will give you any sort of trouble. If you have been sticking to lean fish and poultry, don't start with bacon or a fatty steak, because it's the fat that would cause your stomach to become upset. Just start small and lean and then eat whatever. Again, start small and stick to leaner cuts to make the adjustment easier. Starting small will help if you aren't used to it and it doesn't taste so good to you. Sticking to lean meats will keep you from overdoing it on the rich food.

slowly emerge your self to met like try two bites of meat and some carrots. make sure its slowly so you don't get sick

If you eat any kind of meat, you're a normal, omnivore person. Red meat is one of the most nutritious, healthy, safe foods you can put in your body.

The enzymes in your stomach that digest the proteins in beans are the same ones that digest the protein in meat. Eating meat after five years isn't going to make you sick....unless you just stuff yourself on it. Go get a regular hamburger from a local restaurant. Take your time eating it and welcome back to the world of normal.
