What changes in your health/body did you notice when you tried a vegan diet?!
Answers:
None. I feel exactly the same.
Sometimes I'm tired, sometimes I'm energetic, and a lot of how I feel depends on how much sleep I'm getting, how much I'm running and training, and how I'm eating. It's not like veganism is this magical cure that some people try to get prospective 'converts' to believe it is.
I do act a lot more energetic, because when I went vegan people on XC expressed concern over if I will be able to run, and several of my friends were like 'but how will you get protein? etcetc'. So I almost feel like if I have a bad day where I'm feeling sad and run-down, people wouldn't say 'she had a bad day', they'd say 'oh, I met this vegan once. She was very sad and unhappy with the world, plus she looke dmalnourished (somehow a BMI under 20 makes you malnourished? I'm not that thin, and I'm dark). I felt sorry for her.'

sometimes you will feel a lightheadedness as your body is trying to adapt to a different diet, or perhaps your not eating enough sugar. You also might feel a bit hungrier at times, but that should be about it
