Help!! Did i eat enough today,?!
2 plums
1 peach
2 cucumbers
2 pieces of pineapple
A strawberry
And water
I think this is an improvement from what i ate yesterday (apparently not enough). My family and frends say this isnt enough, but my appetite has shrunk in the last 3 days, but ive only lost 3 kgs so i guess im alright. How many calories did i eat today,?

Your family is right. You didn't eat enough. It's fine to be vegetarian/eat healthy if that's what you're going for...but you need to remember that protien and healthy fats will keep your body functioning long term. Foods like almonds, avocados and types of beans will give your body plenty of fuel and will not cause you to gain weight. The weight you lost recently is likely water weight. Since you've eaten less your body has expelled the extra water it normally used to digest the other foods that it normally expects. You will find that if you eat healthy foods every every two hours. So, that'd be around 200 cals. at each mini meal, you will keep off attacks of the munchies and cravings. Healthy eating guides can be found online or through various books. For example, the Body for Life series, P90X or Eat Right for Your Blood Type have examples and explain how to eat steadily.
When you are 13 you should be eating proteins to help your body grow. Just eating fruits and some fries are not going to cut it. Try more fiber and proteins in your diet. Check the nutritional facts on the back of the box. Weight loss is all about portion control not about 1 food group. Keeping yourself satisfied with fiber will help you stay healthy and full at the same time. Eating less food will actually not help with the weight loss Meals are important. Try to get back on an eating schedule with 3 meals a day with proteins that don't have to be meat .

I would attempt to eat more. There are times that my body just rejects food (happened when I was an omnivore, too, so it's not the veganism), and when that happens I shoot for higher-calorie stuff, like nuts or nut butters, oils on everything I can eat and avocados.
If you continue to eat like this you will be severely malnourished. You need carbs and protein, add some bread, potatoes, cereal and beans,pulses and green vegetables to your diet.
WTF are you doing? Not enough calories, cut out the fries and have some protein.
If you don't eat better, it might stunt your growth.
you don't have many of the required nutrients that you need daily. you cant just live off some fried food and fruit. wheres your protein? b12?
