Yum I love avocado. Not sweet, not sour. It's a fruit but doesn't taste like it, it's creamy and buttery. Cut in half, remove seed, and either peel the skin off or scoop the flesh out of the skin.
I like cutting it in chunks for salads or cutting in slices for toast, sandwiches, and wraps. I like a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, feta cheese, and avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper, maybe some mayo or salad dressing if you want.
Make sure it is at least a little squishy and not hard. A ripe avocado is delectable, but a not ripe one is pretty disappointing. Also when you are choosing on, feel it for air bubbles under the skin, because then it is often brown on the inside. You can eat it plain, but it on toast, salad, sandwich, make guacamole, anything you want.
slice it in half, remove the pit scoop it out with a spoon.
You can mash it and add it as a spread on sandwiches, slice it add it on top of a salad. Mash or cube it and add it on top of any mexican dish. Make a guacamole...
you can eat it plain... anything you want. SOOO good for you. No its not sweet or sour... it doesn't taste like fruit at all its very plain tasting and has a creamy texture.
I like to eat avocado in salads, but you can eat it directly by just putting some lime and garlic on it. Very tasty.
It's neither sour nor sweet. Its oily, and tastes like avocado lol.
Wait until the avocado is soft, and then slice it up into little pieces and put it in: a mock meat chick'n dish, guacamole, or a salad
cut it take the green out mix it with tomato slices small then heat a tortilla then put the avocado on the tortilla and make like a burrito and yummy thats the Mexican way
I don't like to eat it directly . I make guacole with it though and it taste awesome!!!! Go to allrecipes.com and get a guacamole recipe
