What do seeds in pickles do?!

Question: What do seeds in pickles do?
Do they do nothing, or if I put one in the dirt would it grow into a cucumber plant?

Answers:

Pickles are made from cucumbers. After the pickling process, (when pickles get their zesty tang and taste) the seeds are no longer able to grow. If you want to use the seeds you need to get them from the cucumber before they are pickled.

because of the pickling process... no those seeds would not grow into a cucumber plant... if you had a fresh cucumber and you removed the seeds and dried them... they you could use those to plant.

pickles are cucumbers???

No, it won't grow. To grow cucumbers, you must use seeds that are dried from a cucumber
