Is This A Healthy Vegetarian Diet?!

Question: Is This A Healthy Vegetarian Diet?
I drink two Slim Rite drinks per day. One to replace breakfast and one to replace lunch.Slim Rite has lots of vitamins in it. Like 10 grams of protine , 50% calcium , 35% of vitamin A, B , B6 , K. 100% vitamin C. And many other vitamins! So I drink two can per day. Then for dinner I eat a regular meal. I have a small vegetarian sub sandwhich that comes with cheese, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce on whole wheat bread. And I eat a small side order of potato salad and a small side order of noodle salad. Is this a good diet? I bought some ratini noodles from the deli incase I need snack before bed.

Answers:

I dunno Slime Rite sounds healthy but make sure you get Carbs especially in the morning.

Sub sandwitch is healthy (pickles are the only unhealthy thing because of salt but not bad at all)

and the salads and ratini are probably healthy as well but may be high in sodium. just check the label or ask the deli/resteruant what the nutrition value is.

that is a terrible diet. you need fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, nuts, grains. where are the whole foods? everything you eat is processed and man made. you think one slice of tomato and a couple pickles is nourishing you? you need to do research on food and educate yourself on how to naturally nourish your body. you can't depend on some canned processed meal replacement. make smoothies w/ fresh fruits and veggies if that's the case.

you might wanna switch it up a bit every once in a while as you might not be getting every single nutrient you need just through your planned meals.

I don't think any diet that uses shakes as a meal replacement can be termed good for you. How about eating fresh fruit and veg instead?

You could ask you doctor.

no its not. Food is better than a sugar based drink. Th ethrisd ingredient is sugar, and there is soya lecithin, which is a know GMO food. The GMO foods the US govt doesn't want you to know about ( how convenient, they do not HAVE to label any food "gmo") are chemically biologically changed, using DNA from one plant, in another plant with potential disastrous effects. They spray the crops with a compound close to Agent ORange.

These are the ingredients. DO you think they are good for you?
