What do you use in place of cow's milk for your cereal?!

I like almond milk best, but sometimes I'll buy soy. However, with almond milk, Silk brand tastes kinda weird. I like Almond Breeze, plain & sweetened, but you might like vanilla flavored almond or soy milk too.
There's plenty more to choose from too. Hemp is yummy but can be expensive. Oat milk is good and some people like rice milk (I find it too watery), etc. etc. You'd really have to just try a few to see what *you* like best.
Hey, there's plenty of different milks out there to use. You can use almond, soy, coconut, and there's also peanut milk. If you think that your high cholesterol might be coming from eggs, than you can get cholesterol free egg beaters. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, I got a little carton of cholesterol free egg beaters for $1.99. Oatmeal can help lower your cholesterol too.
I like Pearl brand soymilk. It's creamy tasting low cal and is not sweetened- dont like sweet soymilk.
Almond milk is really creamy too, it's got a lovely cerealy taste.
I really hate vanilla soymilk- they use sugar in it and all kinds of additives and it just tastes like fake crappy sweet stuff to me.
The creamiest tasting is normal soymilk- unsweetened. Silk is a good taste, but I use Peal- cos I get it from the Thai Market which rocks tofu like nobody else
I'm not a vegetarian, but my friend is.
She uses vanilla soy milk (best taste out of them) or almond milk, which is similar.
I knew someone else who used orange juice on her cornflakes, and another girl who made porridge with water rather than milk.
i use rice milk
but id gone from full fat, to semi skimmed to skimmed over a period of a year or so, so i was used to the 'wateryness' of rice milk
i like dreams rice milk that seems to be kinda sweet works well fo rme with cereals, not teas etc tho
;-)
Rice milk is a very good alternative because the taste isn't too strong, it's more mild than all the other milk alternatives out there.
It is a bit watery, but it's easy to get over.
I usually use soya milk. I like the Alpro Soya and the So Good brands the best. Apparently soya milk can help reduce your cholesterol.
Oat milks, rice milks, and almond milks are also other alternatives.
For me, soya milk is the best. But I buy Alpro soya Light because it's better for you AND i find it tastes a lot better too - better than real milk as well! It's also packed with protein and lots of vitamins.
soya milk, unsweetened or sweetened depending on your taste, or light if you are on a diet.
also buy vitalite cos its a dairy free vegan spread for bread.
I always use Silk Vanilla soy milk. It tastes great and is delicious in cereal! Way better than cow milk!
Vanilla soy milk is good on Cheerios.
Soy milk, and if you want something a little sweeter try vanilla soy milk
Yogurt
I use Almond milk, most often on my Special K. It tastes AMAZING!
organic rice milk
Rice milk.
I sometimes drink cow's milk, but I like almond milk the best.
