Could you also tell me how much there is in it

Not sure if you're looking for vegan or vegetarian examples.

Lentils

Whole grains: Quinoa (18grams/cup),
Tofu/Soy (20grams/cup)
Nuts/seeds (8 grams protein / 2 tablespoons of peanut butter)

None "is" protein.

Why even ask such a question anyway?
The human body makes its own protein.
Perhaps you should ask yourself: what is protein, what does it do, how does the human body use it, and other such questions before you start asking where you can find it in food.

I wrote a whole thing on protein in my blog. It explains what protein is about, where to get it, etc.: http://dailyveganeats.tumblr.com/post/25…
