What is the difference between a plant based diet and the vegan diet?!

Question: What is the difference between a plant based diet and the vegan diet?
Answers:

There is no difference, vegans live healthily on a plant based diet, there is no nutrient that is essential for health that cannot be found in plant food.

I can't think that there would be any difference between the food eaten.
If someone says they eat a plant-based diet, they probably exclude all the same foods that a vegan excludes.
But, if someone is a vegan, they also aim to exclude animal products in other parts of life, such as clothing, the products they use, things tested on animals.
To me, that would be the difference.
