Baked bean on brown toast? or plain pasta with brown sauce?!

Question: Baked bean on brown toast? or plain pasta with brown sauce?
Which is better out of those 2 for dinner? Which is lower calories? I'm trying to main tain my weight.

Answers:

Ew, plain pasta with brown sauce?? That sounds gross to me, no offense.

Baked bean on brown toast sounds the most nutritious. If the plain pasta is whole grain, then that's BETTER, but if it's white pasta with brown sauce, there isn't much nutrition in that. I'm not even sure what "brown sauce" is. What ingredients are in it?

Beans contain lots of protein. Baked beans also contain sugar, but hey, lots of things do. Brown toast is good for you if it's whole grain.

I would go with the baked beans on whole grain toast, because it has more fiber and protein. Depending on how much you have of either dish, they are both roughly equivalent in calories, but the second option is much healthier.

The baked beans on wholemeal toast will provide you with more fibre, so I would opt for that.

Beans on toast SOOOO GOOOD.

Baked beans!! You get proteins from the beans and they're low cal.

Mmmmm I want sone now aswell!!

hardly rocket science to work out pasta is the more fattening of the two
