Question: How can i eat healthier?
i run for about 45 minutes to an hour a day and every time i am done i crave like a million things and i eat a lot. how do i make myself eat less or at least healthier? what foods will fill me up without eating a lot? i want to lose about 10 pounds in the next month or two, but i am slowing down the process by eating so much. and no drinking water and eating slower does NOT help me at all. please help me!!!

Answers:

Eat walnuts, peanuts, brazil nuts, cashews and pistachios before and after your run.
They give you energy but don't make you feel full and bloated.
They are 100% healthy too.

Eat bananas too, they give you 100% energy and no fat, and they are one of the best foods to eat if you're going to run, walk, bike or move fast- they are the best food for this.
Watch Durian riders for info on that, he eats like 50 bananas a day and ia active and skinny.!!

Drinking water- meh, you have to hydrate, but water alone is not necessary- as long as you have fluid. I never drink water (allergic) but I drink tea and juice- I never drink plain water.

Eat filling food like the bananas and energy food with no bloating fats or sigar like nuts and seeds, wholegrain bread, NEVER eat the white stuff NEVER EVER.

No white bread, and no "brown" bread that's got "wheat flour" as the first ingredient- that is just a cheat- it's still white flour.

You have to get "100% wholewheat, " or "100% wholegrain" bread ONLY. pasta too.

Determination and discipline will help you a lot. Stop thinking about food. Get yourself busy. Everyday look at the mirror and declare that you are thin and beautiful. Do some yoga exercises.

Go vegetarian like me eat no soda & it will help you lose a lot of weight btw in 50 years there won't be no more meat too eat so help the enviorment and go vegetarian ;)
