High Dairy breakfast, is this ok?!

Question: High Dairy breakfast, is this ok?
So my breakfast usually consists of 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1 piece of Fit & Active or WW String Cheese and tea.
Sometimes, I'll replace the cheese with a slice of whole grain toast and/or add a bit of fruit to my yogurt. Is this an ok breakfast?

Answers:

1st: egg isn't dairy
it used to be classed as dairy, but now is properly classed as a protein/meat food product

in general, it looks like a fairly healthy meal for someone who is active

(what's with these answers, above?)

There's SOME nutrients. But little vitamin C, F, Potasium, and also Carbs, Chlorophyll, enzymes(cooking destroys those).

But nutrients don't make you healthy; un-natural, cooked, overly fat foods take AWAY health.

1 Look to nature; no animals eat that way.
2 Think about what humans are: primates.

oatmeal and fruit is all you need for breakfast, I'm 16 and I do it every day, you can 2

Sounds good..you're getting all the nutrients in. Maybe add some honey & berries to your yogurt.
