Morning:
Muesli with nondairy milk (such as Hemp milk or Soy milk)
Whole grain toast with jam and raw, solid Coconut oil (solid at 76 F or below)
An espresso
Midday:
Sandwich with tomato and avocado or hummus
A bowl of vegan chili
A glass of Sprudel (carbonated Minneral-water)
Evenings:
Tofu Scramble (Yes, I Know!) or a Vegetable Curry
Potatoes
Swiss Chard, Spinach or Broccoli
I love avocado, tofu scramble and espresso (amongst other things).
My eating habits.
i love pb&j. i almost always have 3 meals a day, unless i feel sick, or something.
Today i ate:
B: peanut butter, jelly toast with soymilk
S: almonds, orange juice, and a carrot
L: tofu, seaweed, kale, wheat berries, and collard greens
S: strawberries, blueberries, almonds, and a bit of dark chocolate
D: (probably) a veggie burger, beets and broccoli, spinach, and ratatouille--maybe a slice of whole wheat bread too.

Here's what I had today
brekfast scrambled eggs, toast with Parmesan and olive oil and a couple slices of pear
lunch a granny smith apple, vanilla yoplait yogurt and a peanut butter jelly sandwich
dinner Asian style noodle salad with carrots, tofu and cucumber with a hard boild egg.
I usualey have all three meals a day and sometimes snacks
my favorite food would be quesidialls with mushrooms, salad of apples, grapes, gorgonzola, spinach and walnuts and speghetii with mushrooms.
I like plain foods like barley and vegetables.
I sometimes have four or five meals a day--All depends on my schedule.
I seldom skip meals, but it all depends on what my schedule allows. Oh, I also "skip" meals while fasting... But that's, well, fasting: cleansing for spiritual and medicinal reasons.
The food that I can not give up for the past 4 years is peanut butter protein bars by South Beach. Those are SO GOOD! It is the total perfect meal replacement.
I want to give them up though because they aren't vegan (they contain some milk products).

I love veggie sausage and mashed potato, lentil soup and jacket potato with salad. I try to eat three meals a day but sometimes skip breakfast.
I like pizza :) I normally have cereal or toast in the morning maybe a sandwich for lunch and i have something different for dinner everyday....I love chocolate cake! :P
