Want to see true biological fact on herbivores?!

Question: Want to see true biological fact on herbivores?
So much debate.
How come meat eaters do not speak about the Meet Your Meat videos?
Do meat eaters deny this stuff happens in the majority of American slaughterhouses?

About the humans-are-meant-to-eat-meat argument-

facts of biology and natural design can hardly be argues against.Nature does not create organisms to eat things and get sick and die from them. NAture deisgns things perfectly.

FAct is, the most common cause of choking DEATH is choking on meat.

This video is real interesting, it's not long, and the part about intestinal structure and chewing is very telling.
I'm not shoving my opinion down anyone's throat, I just don't understand how you can argue these plain cold hard facts.

Humans also,
1) make their own sufficient cholesterol. We are the ONLY species that with "free will" have eaten other animals' meat, gotten the cholesterol from it, had the cholesterol build up in the bloodstream ( there is NO use for animal cholesterol in the human body, so it has to sit somewhere) and get sick from it, due to temporary greed and corporal pleasure.
2) make their wn b12 in the intestine- with fermenting vegetation , bacteria form and provide our bodies with that, the same way EXACTLY as cows make their b12.

For me, the whole meat eating thing has been about simple fact more than most other factors.
I like animals but I don't love them, although I detest animals being torutred as they are.
The science is fact, and you can't deny it's true- the design of a human mouth, teeth, intestine and stomach and digestion is pure herbivore.

Truth to me.

I think it's worth mentioning that Cargill is one of the only, if not THE ONLY, companies that allows filming in their slaughterhouses and of course they are on their best behavior spinning their own propaganda when they have visitors. This doesn't bode well for getting closer to where our food comes from. Besides, Cargill admits to driving a bolt through the back of the cow's head to "numb" them - by hand, so it only works if the guy with the bolt machine has good aim - and then bleeding out the animal alive. Imagine being the animal whose bolt doesn't quite enter correctly...

Having said that, the design of our bodies is a moot point; what separates humans from the rest of the animal kingdom is our ability to make choices.

You could catch a lot more flies with honey. Stop preaching, talk about all of the positive, beneficial reasons to become a vegan/vegetarian. Rants like yours don't help or sway people.

so you got no teeth

I haven't seen any videos therefore I don't talk about them. They are not in circulation What I have seen is from Food Inc, that was unappetizing. I'm sure vegetarians see these videos more as it is the whole reason for being one, right?
However, there are other sources of meat other than industrial slaughter house meat, are you fine with them?
I must say, I am not crazy about the taste of beef and I don't eat a lot of it - but I have been diagnosed with anemia, and red meat is a good source of iron.
About cholesterol, my biology teacher mentioned there is some use of cholesterol, with too little of it you can't get pregnant. Then again I don't think it had to be "animal cholesterol". But what are some sources of vegetarian cholesterol.

Your facts are opinions. IF more people choke on meat, it's because more people eat meat. And you don't provide a link to show that's even a FACT.

I've never seen the MEET YOUR MEAT video. I know propoganda when I hear about it. Yes, I deny that animals are abused in slaughter houses.

Ellie Krieger from the food network recently visited a slaughterhouse and here's what she said:

"The last thing I saw was the actual harvest or killing. To be sure, it is not a pleasurable thing to witness in general, but if you eat meat, the simple fact is an animal is sacrificed for your nourishment, a reality we are all too removed from in modern society. The trick is to do it humanely, and this is where I was most impressed. The system Cargill uses was developed in part by Dr. Temple Grandin, the autistic animal scientist who, with her heightened sensitivity, was able to pinpoint specific ways to keep cows stress-free throughout the process (there is an award winning HBO film about her starring Claire Danes.) The whole environment is kept purposefully calm, with no loud noises or bright lights. Before they realize what is going on the cows are hit precisely on the head, given a concussion so they are rendered senseless, then their throats are cut and their blood is drained. The whole thing takes roughly a minute. I watched intently as the cows moved through and noticed no shred of panic or unease."

PETA, HSUS won't tell you the truth because they want your money. They want your membership, they want you to promote them.

We make 75-80% of the cholesterol we need. Where you gonna get the rest?

We do make B12 in our gut. But it's in a part of our gut where our bodies can't use it. If you don't eat any animal products you WILL become deficient in B12 and probably cholesterol. The FACT that we need to eat animal products or manufactured pills, shots, or processed foods to get B12 is proof that humans are natural meat eaters.

From VEGAN RD, Dr. Jack Norris:

"Contrary to rumors, there are no reliable, unfortified plant sources of vitamin B12, including tempeh, seaweeds, and organic produce. The overwhelming consensus in the mainstream nutrition community, as well as among vegan health professionals, is that plant foods do not provide vitamin B12, and fortified foods or supplements are necessary for the optimal health of vegans, and even vegetarians in many cases."

From THE VEGAN SOCIETY:

"Vitamin B12 - Readily available in fortified foods such as yeast extract, soya milk, breakfast cereal and margarine. Alternatively a supplement can be provided. Daily amount: 3 micrograms"

VRG:

"Thus, vegans need to look to fortified foods or supplements to get vitamin B12 in their diet. Although recommendations for vitamin B12 are very small, a vitamin B12 deficiency is a very serious problem leading ultimately to anemia and irreversible nerve damage. Prudent vegans will include sources of vitamin B12 in their diets. Vitamin B12 is especially important in pregnancy and lactation and for infants and children."

As shocking as it may be to you, a Utube video doesn't "prove" a single thing.

Since I would never let a meat head get away with it, I shouldn't let you get away with it either chip; but I'm having trouble spotting the scientific fact referred to in your question and how it relates to humans. I have never seen any scientific info that indicates humans get sufficient B12 from fermentation in the intestines, do you have a source? And a source on choking deaths would be handy as well. I'm not going to accept a utube clip as a scientific source for biological information, if what it says is true then the information will be published in journal articles before it was made into a video and can be referred to. If it does not appear in a journal or textbook, it just isn't true.

Also the biology of our digestive tract indicates we are omnivores and not herbivores. However this isn't really relevant since we can survive without animal products, hence our focus should be on the future of evolution rather than the past. But it would pay for you to check up on your information, I know your intentions are good but by spreading misinformation you may be doing more harm than good :)
