Can you help me find a good vegan recipe?!

Question: Can you help me find a good vegan recipe?

I have four people to feed. Two eat normal non vegan, one is vegan and another (me) is diabetic. This vegan doesn't eat milk, cheese, etc. I cannot have anything white like rice, pasta, potatoes, or sugar. It has to be low carb. What is a good recipe that we all would like that would help us meet our dietary needs?

You can do a fruit and veg meals. Are you ca try cooking meat like dishes with veggies. Squash with mushroom soup is something my vegan friend makes and good for diabetics as well but at last i don't have that recipe.
