isnt healthy eating supposed to curb sugar cravings?!?!

Question: Isnt healthy eating supposed to curb sugar cravings?!?
Why am I craving sugar? Its like my sugar is low...

All day I ate veggies and barely soup, and some tea.
I am not hungry either. (I ate just enough)

Answers:

Eating healthy means getting enough of your important nutrients-- just because you didn't eat junk food doesn't mean you've eaten healthy. Whenever I don't get enough protein, regardless what else I have or have not eaten, I always feel hungry.

I did the same thing, It's just the first 3 days are hard man, after that you'll look at sugar like it was trash :)
I had the same thing,
Remember you wanna have a little sugar in your diet,
You can get them from fruits though.
Anyway good luck, Hope I helped a little :)

I don't think that cuts in after just one day. You need to give it a bit of time. It's like when you give up sugar on your cereal. It doesn't taste great. And then after a while, you wonder how you ever managed to eat it with sugar because it tastes so sickly sweet now if you ever have it. It can help to read books like "chocolate busters" to give you some encouragement.

To be honest based off my past experiences i still get just as bad sugar cravings as when i was eating meat & i'm eating much healthier now as a vegetarian.
I even went a week or two without eating sweets etc & still had sugar cravings

Vegetarian
Jaffa cakes are the love of my palate
