Why am I always hungery?!

Question: Why am I always hungery?
Im 15 lift weights every day except weekends and I eat like a pig but I'm always still hungry and I try to stay away from junk as much as possible

Answers:

Have a rare t-bone and baked potato.

Hunger and tiredness are two symptoms that often coexist. This was the case for me when I was always tired: I was very hungry even if I had eaten just one or two hours earlier, and I always had to eat right before I went to bed at night in order to fall asleep.

Are you asking yourself why am I always tired? Or why am I always hungry and tired? Let us consider what the reason may be for your problem and what you can do about it.

IS IT THE KIND OF FOOD YOU EAT?

Meals with a high content of processed flours and sugars will cause your blood sugar to rise quickly. Your body will then release insulin into your blood stream and cause sugar to be absorbed into your cells and used for energy. But if the rise in blood sugar is too fast, a lot of insulin will be released and your blood sugar levels will quickly fall below normal. Your body may interpret this as lack of available energy and cause you to be hungry even if you ate not long ago.

you're probably hungry cos as u lift weights it burns off all that food. just eat a little more and it wont hurt to treat yourself to something unhealthy every now and then. try and have food with lots of carbs in cos that'll give you energy for your weight-lifting.

Let's see... you're 15 and still growing- so high metabolism. Oh, and you're vegetarian/vegan.

I'm 25, vegetarian with a high metabolism and hungry more often than my carnivorous friends. It's nice. A pain in the ****, but nice.

You need to eat more, it seems you are not eating enough.
It is nice to know that you cut all junk food (It's not good for you anyway)
Goodluck

Vegetarian for 6months

You need to eat foods that are high in carbs since you're burning a lot of calories from lifting weights. And eating foods high in fiber will keep you feeling full longer.

ENjoy it while you can.

you are burning up more energy then you are putting food in
