I want to become a vegetarian forever?!

Question: I want to become a vegetarian forever?
Hey please help me becoming a vegetarian. "I was a perfect vegetarian for 6 months!" But then I started to feel guilty. I want to be a vegetarian because, I'm a health conscious. So please tell me what should I do? In this situation. And how can I ignore these things.

Answers:

Why would you feel guilty I'm sure that you felt fantastic after six months of eating nothing but fresh fruits and vegetables if you're health-conscious you know that this is an excellent alternative lifestyle for your health so long as you're getting plenty of protein and there are plenty of alternate sources of protein other than meet. For instance baby spinach has 40% protein and carries four times its volume in toxins out of the body not to mention you have so weight, various protein powders and I also believe that non-vegetarians tend to put entirely too much emphasis on protein intake if you're eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins minerals and protein you will not have a deficiency of any kind.

Don't worry about meat eaters giving you a hard time as they are just envious of your waistline and your willpower so don't feel guilty be proud that you're taking wonderful care of your body smile at this decision it will be one of the best choices you have ever made.

Also take a look at the URL below it has some information on be lifestyle!

Now go get em and don't think another thought about it I am personally extremely proud of you and your decision!

Different people follow different forms of vegetarianism. A true vegetarian eats no meat at all, including chicken and fish. A lacto-ovo vegetarian eats dairy products and eggs, but excludes meat, fish, and poultry. It follows, then, that a lacto vegetarian eats dairy products but not eggs, whereas an ovo vegetarian eats eggs but not dairy products.
So u must control your self. This is the solution I think.

I've been a vegetarian for about 10 yrs...

tbh most of my family's vegetarian too. I'm from an Indian family...and therefore our family's diet is vegetarian too (my mom cooks vegetarian food - i'm female btw). I sometime forget that I'm a vegetarian..I've completely forgotten the taste of meat. Even the smell doesn't bother me.

When I'm like at Mcdonald's I just order a Veggie burger instead...there are vegetarian options available in almost every restaurant...so i never feel that its difficult.

try put your mind OFF food...do other things... ;)

good luck
