How long can carrots be stored in the fridge?!

Question: How long can carrots be stored in the fridge?
Answers:

It honestly depends on the carrot, i've read they store for about 3-6 weeks. I've found the thicker the carrot usually the longer it stores, a big thick carrot lasts close to 4 weeks while a thin baby carrots only last for a week or so. Usually carrots get eaten up in our house within a week of purchase or so.

vegetarian in a carrot loving family.

For months. In the years before the fridge, carrots were stored with potatoes in peoples cellars all winter, from Nov. to Springtime
