why don't my pepper mills ever work?!
i have bought a number of pepper mills/grinders and they never work properly. i am talking about the typical wooden type ones. they work perfectly with sea salt, but never the pepper! is there any way to fix it??

I've wondered the same thing. I've owned several over the years and none ever really ground the pepper. I'm waiting for one now that I ordered from Pampered Chef. I hope it works
I have to continually tighten the screw on mine. Funnily, I've found they work well for pepper but not for the salt!
Just buy a new one! LOL.
