Is this a healthy vegan meal plan?!

Question: Is this a healthy vegan meal plan?
I don't eat the exact same every single day, but here is a sample daily menu of mine (I am trying to lose weight so if it seems a little low thats why, i follow weight watchers so my daily plan adds up to about 23 points give or take which is the amount of points I eat for weight loss). I also take a multivitamin that has lots of b12 in it, a vegan calcium chew, and an omega 3 fatty acid supplement. And the only beverage I drink is water.

Breakfast:
Plain oatmeal with a tbsp of agave nectar and a banana.

Midmorning snack: cliff bar

lunch: a bowl of whole grain thin spagetti with a can of tomato juice poured over it as sauce (its not that I won't eat regular tomato sauce, I do from time to time, the tomato juice just doesn't make me feel bloated like regular sauce does) and an orange.

midafternoon snack: vegan burger patty.

dinner: salad consisting of collard greens, shredded carrots, and baked tofu with a tbsp of olive oil

evening snack: apple

how does this sound?

Answers:

Nice, but you could use more vegetables in lunch and breakfast. Also, more calories, you're going to be starving yourself on that few. It sounds crazy, you're trying to lose weight! But, you will be either unsuccessful or unhealthy doing so without enough calories to function and feel full. You could use some fat too - that pill may not cover it!! Don't be scared of eating some fat, fat doesnt make you fat, sugar does. Throw a whole avocado in with breakfast for fat and calories, some broccoli (or your veggie of choice) in with the spaghetti. Put other veggies on your burger. Lots of beans in your diet are great too, especially paired with rice.

Also, to help feel full, eat as MUCH as you want of all veggies and greens! Gorge! Make sure to eat TONS of greens to keep up on your vitamins!

Also you may want to check that your Omega 3 supplement is vegan, it could have fish, or other animal product in it and gel capsules usually contain gelatin.

OMG how dare you eat living things why are you killing plants? you are sick!!!!! Become a carnivorist we only eat meat to save innocent plants

It sounds pretty healthy.

it's alright.

That is totally healthy but you need more protein, get a protein supplement like hemp or soy protein powder, or add almond/soy/rice milk in your diet. and double your dose of multivitamin to prevent catabolism (muscle loss) because in low calorie diets your body will sense the low intake of food ergo it will slow down your metabolism and will start storing fat. keep your calorie intake above 1500 and keep the multiple meals per day plan because thats good to keep you metabolism going.
