is this a healthy diet?!

Question: Is this a healthy diet?
this is what i usually get
it lasts me 4 days

4 plain glazed donuts
3 packs smoked salmon
4 raspberry boxes
5 kiwis
4 papayas
1 mango
1 pack smartwater liter bottles

Answers:

No. The donuts as part of a regular diet are out.

Smoked salmon as a steady diet contains too many nitrates.

The raspberries are a wonderful source of vitamins and antioxidants.

Kiwis; good.

Papaya, well in large doses in can cause temporary sterility in men as tests on monkeys have proven in that species. Eating the seed make this more apt to happen. Papaya is also very high in Vitamins C, A, & E and also contains beneficial minerals and properties which help digestion.

Mango has lots of vitamin C & A. It also rich in antioxidants.

Water is very important, you may want to ramp up you intake just a bit if you are only drinking the water you buy.

You are missing green, leafy vegetables from your diet. they provide an excellent source of iron and other minerals. Also replace the smoked salmon with an alternate source of protein. Avoid farm raised salmon as the methods used in aquaculture of salmon are very environmentally destructive.

no. Thats not very much food for four days, and its seriously lacking in whole grains and vegetables.
Try replacing the donuts which whole wheat bread, oatmeal, rice, or quinoa. The fruit sounds good, but try adding some veggies in too. You should vary your protein too, smoked salmon's okay but try eating some tofu, or beens.
If you live in a place wear its safe to drink the water you don't need to buy smart water. Bottled water is bad for the environment, the plastic causes cancer, and its about 10,000 or more times the price of tap water.

628 calories is probably too low unless your height is about 3 foot 8 inches.
16% protein, 22% fats, 62% carbohydrates. Macro balance is ok, but high in carbohydrates.
Your diet is too low in fats. You'll get high triglycerides from this. Heart disease risk
Your diet is deficient in every mineral except maganese. You risk deficiency diseases over long term.
especially calcium and zinc are very low. Phosphorus is 1/2 RDA. Bone health may be compromised.
Your entire B vitamin complex except B12 is deficient. Again risk of deficiency diseases over long term.

This diet can't be fixed. Pick up a zone diet book and start with one of their daily menus and modify from there.

NO to the donuts.
The smoked salmon contains a lot of salt and should be only eaten occasionally - try other fishes and other proteins such as eggs and dairy - and if you rare a vegan then you need to add nuts, vegetables and carbohydrates - oats, barley, brown rice, etc. It looks like you live in the tropics, if not How about an apple or pear too!

Not really, it contains mainly healthy items however to be truly healthy you need to have a balanced and varied diet, you should be trying new things every week not sticking to the same foods. And I agree with the person above, get rid of the donuts and have one as a treat every now and again.

This is awful!

You have no vegetables at all, and no complex carbs which are meant to make up about 40% of our diet.

You're mainly eating sugar, it's all really unbalanced.

This is not healthy! Get rid of the donuts!! You have to add some more vegetables in your diet and the smoked salmon contains to much salt!

only 4 5 4 and 1

No. wheres the carbs, and vegetables. try adding rice or potatoes to your diet.
