I've been a vegetarian since birth.
this not relevant to your question.but think about this.
Non-vegetarian food is a good source of excellent protein. It contains biologically complete protein i.e. all the 8 essential amino acid that are not synthesized by the body and should be supplied in the diet. Meat also contains iron, vitamin B1 and niacin.
**Humans have Omnivorous set of teeth.
**Human beings can digest both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Since I was 8, so 10 years!
My family weren't too happy when I changed as all of them are meat-eaters, and I was very unhealthy for a long time as my mother just fed me what they were eating minus meat so I got no substitute for the protein I wasn't getting. But not it's all good :)
I had been vegetarian for six years, then went back to eating meat for a year or so and now I've been vegan for almost a year and I'm happier and healthier than ever.
I've been a vegetarian for three years, I don't really miss eating meat I didn't like most of it anyway, just chicken lol..I do kinda miss that.
I was lacto-ovo-vegetarian for five years before transitioning to veganism in January of this year.
Vegan.
Since I was 16. (so over 20 years) I would have been one since birth if my parents had allowed it. I used to spit meat out as a baby. They just thought I was picky.
I'm vegetarian except at meals.
