Veggies in my Poop??? Gross?!
About two hours ago, I was pooping (eww) and I was ALMOST done. At the end of my poop was this piece of veggie (I think it was bok choy? Had chinese yesterday.) And it was hanging off of my butt. Does anybody know why this happened?

High-fiber vegetables are difficult to digest, so it isn't unusual to see them come out mostly intact at the other end.
Chew your food better when you eat.
