Question: Help with a vegetarian diet plan?
So here's the background info: I'm 15, 5'5" and 141lbs! I'm very unhappy with my weight and was hoping someone could give me specific instructions. I'd like to lose about 1-2 pounds a week to reach the weight of 120 pounds. Everyday, I work out and burn around 300-400 calories. Please help me out here.

First of all, don't worry. You are at a normal weight, but you're heavy enough to lose some weight and still be healthy. Working out is a good thing so you should stick with that. Also remember to drink plenty of water and get your calories from fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans and nuts.
