Hey, one day of eating a bit extra will have no effect on your body.
The best thing you can do now is just get back on track with your usual eating habits.

Eat very slightly less than usual for today and maybe tomorrow, and get some exercise in if you're up to it (if you don't feel to stuffed after yesterday). Drink plenty of water and try not to eat anything overly filling to give your system time to recoup. Fresh fruits are your friends today. :)

I did the same thing. I have been so good about watching what I eat lately and then yesterday ruined me. Plus my mom cooked enough food to feed an army so I got sent home with a huge shopping bag of left overs. It's enough food to last for weeks. Idk what she was thinking. It's like she wants a heifer for a daughter.

Tips on what you should do? Adopt a healthy diet and exercise regimen. If you're freaking out because you ate mashed potatoes, there's a problem.

USE 'PUDIN HARA'. WORKS WONDERFULLY.

You won't gain any weight if that's what you're getting at. Your body should balance it out after a few days. If you only do this twice a year or so or on holidays, you shouldn't have any problems

Do the same thing you do every time you eat. Let your body digest the food and then expel it in the toilet.

Eat smaller meals only for a few days, and drink hot tea if your stomach is sore.

just sit back and relax today! watch some movies and you will forget about your full stomach.
