Try supplementing iron, vitamin b-12, and calcium. Many vitamin stores have vegan and vegetarian brands. You will also need protein, but this is not as easy to take in a pill form.
You can try whey protein (from milk), or I like vegan protein shakes with nondairy milk and (sometimes) various fruits.
Make sure to eat primarily whole grains (if not exclusively), eat plenty of dark, leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, etc.), raw nuts (raw almonds are a favourite snack), and beans. Hummus and peanut butter (or other nut butters) are both great. Potatoes are also a decent source of iron.
If you like, tofu, tempeh, and seiten are all great when cooked properly.
Are you vegan or vegetarian? You specified "vegetarian" in the original question, but later mentioned dairy so I am not sure.
Also, try to watch your soy intake. I mean, it is okay to have it, but try to get a variety of foods that do and don't have soy. Soy has estrogen, and too much can be bad for men (especially teenage boys).

If I were you I would carefully plan out my diet to make sure you are getting the proper number of calories and grams of protein there are tons of sites out there which can help you do this. Simply google it.
Well almost all kinds of nuts have protein, same with beans. If your still going to eat eggs, they have protein too. If your still eating dairy, milk, cheese and yogurt all have protein as well. Since your an all other nutrients can be found in fruit and vegetables.
I would either take vitamins that supply you with protein and vitamins from meat, or eat other food rich in protein, such as peanuts and beans. :)
