eat more hon!
try adding some tofu or black beens to dinner, some cheese or soy cheese to lunch, and some more fruit to breakfast like berries.

mainly i notice a lack in protein and fiberstuff. but you have a good baseline.

Yeah proteins and good fats are missing. Eat salmon, beans, tofu, avocados (or small amounts of lean meat like turkey). If you just eat a small portion of those things it will increase your metabolism (therefore decreasing the amount of calories required to keep you going) and keep you filling fuller longer. While those things add some calories, they do MUCH more good than harm.

With your fruit - add an orange in there somewhere, maybe every other day or something, so you can get some more vitamin C. Also, lemons are a pretty good source of it and you can squeeze them on anything and they are basically 0 calories.

Also you could add a little more green - the broccoli is good, but when you're not eating meat (or much of it) you can slip into an iron deficiency pretty quickly, which makes you very fatigued and weakens your immune system. You have to eat a LOT of greens to make up for that, so I would add some spinach or more broccoli to your dinner maybe. Raw or cooked in canola oil - no butterry salty creamy stuff.

My mom's a nutritionist and has micromanaged my diet my entire life.

NO. you need a lot more proteins and fats.
add some barley and quinoa, cheese, nuts, oils, flaxseed, and eat the yolk of the egg.
you can even try making your own bread thats high in grains and protien.
however, your diet above is fine for up to a few weeks, but not long term.

i am assuming you are small, like 120 pounds or less? if you work out a lot and/or have an active job, please don't eat like that all the time. good luck.

Your diet is pretty good to lose weight on if that's your goal. It really depends on how much you work your body.. If you can keep it up and stay active then that's great :)

I would throw in a nice smoothie before or after dinner. Late night cravings can doom a diet and a thick shake can really fill that need.

Try getting more protein :) A diet with more protein can help you feel fuller and help you maintain or lose weight. Also, a lot of fiber is good. Make sure to eat whole wheat/grains. Try avoiding white rice because it is just empty carbs.

I didn't do any calculations per se, but you have a lot of good nutritious stuff. You might consider beans, tofu or soybeans for proteins since I see no meat, of course since you're vegetarian.

The dinner is terrible! A sweet potato is not dinner.

Eat some protein with your dinner.
