Alisha is correct. While what he eats will affect the taste of his various emissions, it's not non-vegetarian to consume them after someone has eaten meat. It's kind of like kissing him doesn't make you non-vegetarian, even though you end up swallowing some of his saliva. As Alisha mentions, consensual sex is totally different from animal exploitation.
If your boyfriend (or one of his friends) was teasing you about it, I say tease them back. Say, "Wow, you were right! I guess I can't give you/him head anymore. Thanks for telling me; I didn't know!" No. First off, meat doesn't come out of the urethra. Second, sex has nothing to do with the exploitation of animals (unless you're using condoms with casein in them - most names brands). Semen is giving freely from a human being and is therefore vegetarian and vegan.
