Do you think PETA is serious about its own cause (reducing animal cruelty)?!

Question: Do you think PETA is serious about its own cause (reducing animal cruelty)?
It seems like they are more interested in soft porn business.

Answers:

Hello

My views about it have changed since reading the various sites on it killing animals, and using mind controlled celebrities with subliminal messages etc. I agree with you.

PETA is interested in your $$$$. Whether you like to look at beautiful almost naked women, love your dog, don't eat meat, whatever your cause, PETA wants your $$$.

No, they don't want to actually reduce animal cruelty. If there wasn't animal use in the country, they wouldn't have a "cause" and be out of business. They don't want they. They spend very little of their $millions to actually care for animals. They kill more animals than most states kill in a year. They don't own a single animal shelter. They use the money for IRAs, cars, clothes, trips for the employees, parties and advertising to draw in more $$$$.

Most people don't know PETA's stated intent is to do away with ALL domesticated animals, including your dog or cat.

I think they're very serious about it, and that they'll do anything to get their point across.

It's clear that they love attracting attention to their cause, which obviously puts some people off, but I'm sure they're always meaning it to help.

they want money for their fancy celebrity campaigns its all about the profit, do they help animals no they kill thousands they are a bunch of hypocritical morons.

Considering the fact that PETA actually kills roughly 85% of the animals that they 'rescue' -- I would say not.
