Is fitness bread okay to eat if your vegetarian?!

Question: Is fitness bread okay to eat if your vegetarian?
I bought this fitness bread from the health food store. I am vegetarian and I wanna know if the following ingredients are okay to have.

The package says that 'it has long shelf life' so i'm assuming it's been processed right? Is that good or bad?
It's called Mestemacher Fitness Bread with whole rye, oat kernels, and wheat germs
It contains Wheat.
It's ingredients are: whole kernel rye, water, oat kernels, wholemeal rye flour, iodized salt, wheat germs, oat fiber, yeast

By the way, does 'yeast' itself contain MSG or no?
Please help! thanks.

Answers:

Being a vegetarian can be tricky. Please educate yourself about what to eat, how to maintain health, etc. This is especially important for young women of child-bearing age, who will someday probably be eating for two. There are many books and websites that can help you. If you don't even know that grains are OK, you have a lot to learn! I just learned quite a bit about MSG myself.
